The Utility Management & Conservation Association (UMCA) is a trade association dedicated to raising awareness of the “Green Lifestyle”. Our members promote energy conservation and personal accountability by supporting resident submetering, billing and utility management programs.  This is specific to, but not limited to, electricity, gas, trash, water and sewer.
